HUDGINS: Funeral services for Hunter Malery Hudgins Sr., 79, who passed away on December 16, 2016, will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 with Rev. William O. Hesse Sr., officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Hudgins was born in Narlina, North Carlina and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He had retired from City Water Services (Now JEA) after many years of service. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Arlene Gottlieb Hudgins; 1 daughter, Holly Hudgins; 1 son, Hunter M. Hudgins Jr., (GiGi); 1 sister.
