Inez Adams NeSmith Inez Adams NeSmith, 79, passed away on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at Estelles House Hospice in Ocala. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S., with Rev. Paul Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday July 8, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.Inez was born in Charleston, South Carolina on October 24, 1933. She was a longtime Jacksonville resident and member of First Baptist Church of Jacksonville for nearly 60 years. She enjoyed singing and was a member of the choir at First Baptist for many years. Inez also enjoyed painting, working puzzles and knitting.Inez was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Weaver NeSmith as well as her parents and her two sisters. Survivors include 4 nieces, 2 nephews, many cousins and her caretakers and friends, Harry & Mabel Souder.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Inezs memory to Hospice of Marion County, 3231 S.W. 34th Ave., Ocala, FL 34474.
