Mrs. Irene C. Rice age 80 of Keystone Heights passed away at the Haven Hospice @ Roberts Care Center Thursday, January 24, 2013. Mrs. Rice was born in Baldwinsville, New York to the late Winford and Norma (Shellhamner) St. John. Mrs. Rice was a homemaker, an Air Force wife for 30 years, and was affiliated with the Lutheran Church in Starke. Her survivors are her sons; Gary Rice and his wife Beverly of Keystone Heights and Robert E. Rice, II and his wife Debbie of Jacksonville, AR. She also leaves behind her sister Marian Jordan of Brewerton, NY, three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. The family will be having a private memorial service at a later date.
