Irene Corinne Young

Mrs. Irene Corinne Young age 64, of Starke passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Haven Hospice Custead Care Center in Orange Park. Irene was born on September 5, 1955 in Bonifay, Florida to the late George W. and Josephine (Peterson) Miller and was a longtime resident of Bradford County. She was a Protestant and served in the United States Army from 1976 to 1979. Prior to retirement she worked as a clerk for the State of Florida at North Florida Evaluation Treatment Center in Gainesville. Irene was a member of the AM VET Post 86 in Keystone Heights and the Moose in Gainesville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, George D. Miller. Survivors are: her husband, Irving Young of Starke and her brothers, Tommy W. Miller and Yancey Miller both of Starke. Memorial services may be held at a later date.
