Irma Joyner Osteen,91 of Jacksonville, FL, died in the early evening of March 10, 2017. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday evening, March 14, 2017, from 6-8PM at the George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South, Jacksonville, FL 32216. A funeral service will be held the following morning also at the funeral home at 10AM with Rev. Earle Sickles officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
