Iva Jean Cason Dukes, 78, of Fort White, Florida passed away on December 26, 2024. Iva Jean was born in Fort White, Florida on September 23, 1946 to James and Iva Cason. Iva Jean was married to Ronald "Ronnie" Dukes for 42 years.She graduated from Gainesville High School where she received a high school diploma. Iva Jean worked as a school bus driver for the Columbia County School Board. She enjoyed bowling, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and visiting the mountains.Iva Jean is survived by her sons, Gene Dukes of Fort White, Florida, Danny Dukes (Debbie) of Bell, Florida, and Dean Dukes (Christina) of Milton, Florida; daughter, and Debbie Morrison (Jimmy) of Fort White, Florida.She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald E. Dukes.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024 at Evans Carter Funeral Home. Burial will follow the memorial service at a future date at Oak Grove Cemetery.
