Funeral services for Jacob Shawn DePetris, 29, will be held at 1:00P.M. on Thursday, October 27, 2016 in The Good Samaritan Church, 44 Jericho Rd., Jacksonville, FL with Pastor Brandon Lane officiating. Interment will follow in Dunn Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday October 26 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street.A Jacksonville native, Jacob was born here on March 16, 1987 to James DePetris and Faye Xan Hutcheson. He died in Jacksonville on Thursday, October 20, 2016.Jacob loved to hunt and fish and he was a member of The Good Samaritan Church.He was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Xan Hutcheson.
