Jacqueline (Jackie) M. Jessee Jacqueline (Jackie) M. Jessee , 81, passed away Sunday evening, April 15, 2013 at Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida. She was born to the late Doak and Eunice Rutledge Boothe on February 28, 1932 in Bluefield, Virginia. She was the widow of Jack G. Jessee whom passed on February 19, 1982 at Virginia Beach, Virginia. Jackie was survived by her three daughters, Deborah L. Thornton married to David D. Thornton of Jacksonville, FL, Donna Gore married to William E. Gore III of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Anna Robbins married to Chris Robbins of Shawnee, OK; seven grandchildren, Lisa M. Thornton married to Joe F. McClean Sr. of Bryceville, FL, Cybil Murray married to Shannon Murray of Knoxville, TN, Lindsey Gore married to Kenneth Gore Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jessee Nicole Inman married to David Inman of Myrtle Beach, SC, Madison Robbins of Shawnee, OK, Ciara Robbins of Shawnee, OK, Jake Robbins of Shawnee, OK, Audrey Gore of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Miranda Gore of Myrtle Beach, SC; eight great grandchildren, Skylar Murray, Joe (LJ) F. McClean Jr., David Austin McClean , Savannah Murray, Nicholas Gore, Kenneth Gore Jr, Lennox Gore, Seslyn Inman; three sisters, Patricia (Allene) Cromer of Bluefield, VA, Joyce B. Yopps of Moneta, VA, and Billie Ruth Burton of Richmond, VA.; a number of in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Jackies one son, William Gregory Jessee; one brother, Charlie G. Boothe; two sisters, Margaret L. Shrewsbury, and Betty G. Hudgens preceded her in death.Jackie worked as a waitress/hostess for most of her career. She loved to cook and entertain her family and friends. Jackie was a long time resident of Jacksonville, FL where she happily shared the last 28 years with life partner Stephen T. Finchum whom the family would like to sincerely Thank for all the love, devotion, compassion, and care you have shown to our mother, grandmother, and sister in the last two years of her life. There will be no Memorial service at this time. As per Jackies last request, there will be a small private Memorial at a later date in Bluefield, VA where she will be laid to rest.Arrangements are under the direction of George H.
