Jacqueline Grace Henriette McBride age 93 of Middleburg, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at St. Vincents Medical Center Clay County. Mrs. McBride was born on October 23, 1926 in London, England to the late Georges and Germaine "Hettier" Tilge. Jackie enjoyed tending to her garden, caring for her pets, crossword puzzles, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leo McBride; sisters, Simone LeGarrec, Marie-Rose Tilge, and brother Pierre Tilge. Survivors include her son, Michael (Diane) McBride of Middleburg; grandchildren, Stephen McBride, Christopher McBride, Elizabeth McBride, and Philip McBride.Visitation will take place from 7-9:00 p.m., Friday, September 18, 2020 at the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Saint Edwards Catholic Church in Starke at 10:00 a.m., with Father Michael Donovan, O. de M., officiating.
