James Edward Clark, 62, born in Washington DC passed away on July 26, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mary Clark. He is survived by his four children, Donna Keim, Melissa Duck, Cliff Clark and Veronica Brooks. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
