A memorial service for James Elbert Coulter 72, who passed away on November 28, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL, will be held Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 11AM in the Chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South. Mr. Coulter was born in Danville, KY and was a long-time resident of Jacksonville, FL. He was a member of the Baptist faith and was an auto mechanic by trade. He is preceded in death by his parents; George and Clara Coulter, a sister, Rose Mary Crawford and a brother William Robert Coulter. Survivors include; his daughter, Heather Lecroy (Kile) and a sister, Barbara Ann Kirkland, grandchildren; Sha, Jacob, C.J., Levi, Landon and Emily. He is also survived by two nieces; Janette Marie Harris and Michelle Allen and one nephew Robbie Crawford.
