James "Jim" Earl Farris

Mr. James Earl "Jim" Farris age 87 of Keystone Heights went home with his Heavenly Father Saturday, May 23, 2020. He was born Mar 21, 1933, in Springfield, Illinois to William and Nellie (Coffey) Farris. Prior to moving to Florida 30 years ago, he was employed with Pillsbury Mill, worked construction and Peabody Coal Mine in Pawnee, Illinois. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brothers William Farris, Elmer Farris,and James Farris, Jr and a daughter Edith (Buttons) Allard. Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 48 years Glenda Patrick Farris of Keystone Heights; daughter Kimberly Chircop of Waldo; sons Donald Fred Farris of Pawnee, Illiois, Robert H.W. Farris of Taylorville, Illinois and Rawley V. Farris of League City, Texas along with a sister Lisa Wiggins or Arkansas. Also left behind are his grandchildren Vickie Allard, Eric Lynn Allard, Bobbie Jo Durbin, Sean Farris, Shane Farris, Donald Farris, Kevin Farris, Andy Farris, Carley Rieke, Jordan Farris, Logan Mitchelson and Christopher Chircop and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
