James "Frank" Horace Franklin Funeral services for James Frank Horace Franklin, 85, who passed away on August 19, 2013, will be held Friday at 10:00 AM from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #6) with Dr. E. Winson Butler officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday (Today) from 6-8 PM at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Mr. Franklin was born in Center Point, Alabama and was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida since the 1940s. He had retired from Lee and Cates Glass after many years and later he had worked for Brads Glass. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
