James Kelly Hardee, 90, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the ET York Hospice Center. James was born in Bushnell, FL. He was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a retired meat cutter and served in the US Coast Guard during WWII. He is preceded in death by Gussie his wife, son Kenny Hardee, sisters Frances Boothby and Wilma Hunt. He is survived by children - Lois Hardee, Bobby Hardee, Joy Cummings(Chris),Woody James(Lynn) of Gainesville, FL. Grandchildren, Kelly-Lynn, Travis, Amanda, Chance, Sarah and 3 great grandchildren. The family will be having a gathering at Forest Meadows Funeral Home on Monday, Sept 7th from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and a celebration of life funeral service starting at 10:00 AM.
