James Edward Marlow James Edward Marlow, 74, of Jacksonville, FL went to be home with the Lord on Oct. 4, 2012. He served the Lord faithfully in music, teaching and leadership positions in several churches spanning fifty years. A service will be held on Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 at 2PM in the Hobson Auditorium, First Baptist Church 124 W. Ashley St. Jax, FL 32202 with Dr. Jim Whitmire officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery. James is survived by his loving wife of forty six years Mrs. Jean Marlow of Jax. He is also survived by his son Timothy (Shelley) Marlow of St. Augustine, FL; and three grandchildren; Mckensie, Luke and Jake Marlow all of St. Augustine, FL a sister Lynn Cobble of Knoxville, TN; two brothers Robert Marlow of Knoxville, TN and Kenneth Marlow of Ainsworth, Iowa. The family would like to thank the kind staff at the Mayo Hospital and special thanks to the wonderful staff at Southpoint Terrace Nursing Home.
