ObituaryFuneral services for James Russell Mock, 77, who passed away on August 25, 2021, will be held Monday at 11:00 AM from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Mock was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a Veteran having served in the Vietnam Conflict as a member of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Purple Heart of America Chapter #524. He held the rank of Captain. He had retired from Southern Bell after a career in sales. He was a member of Highlands Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 20 years, Linda Mock; Survivors include his sisters, Charlotte M. Greene, Joann M. Overstreet and Jeanette M.
