Mr. James Monroe Hall age 69, of Orange Heights passed away at Haven Hospice, Sunday, October 30, 2016. He was born September 28, 1947 in Battle Creek, MI to the late George Washington and Mary Jane Grimes. Prior to his retirement he was a farmer. Mr. Hall was resident of the Orange Heights area for over thirty years and had been known as the "Mayor" of Orange Heights. He was of the Baptist Faith and loved to go fishing and hunting; he also enjoyed being with family and friends watching football games and car races. Mr. Hall was known for being a great "Handy Man", he was able to fix most anything especially if he had his duct tape; he was also known as a "Unique Man" . His five siblings; Roy, Frank, Ann, Florence and Lillie had preceded him in death. Survivors are his two children; James "Bo" Hall (Amy) of Starke and Deanna Gonzalez (Guillermo) of Orange Heights; three siblings, Walt Hall of California, Ruby Hall and Georgene Hall both of Michigan along with two grandchildren and seven step grandchildren.
