Mr. James Walter Mullis, Jr. age 60 of Keystone Heights passed away at his home, Sunday, September 7, 2014. Mr. Mullis was born on January 13, 1954 and had served in the United State Marine Corps. He is survived by his two daughters, Tameka Sanchez of Booneville, NC and Anita Mullis of Virginia; also left behind is a brother, 2 sisters, several grandchildren, and his caregiver Amber of Keystone Heights.
