James Arthur Napier, 70, of High Springs, Florida, passed away on November 10, 2023. He was born on April 3, 1957 to Melroy and Georgie Clark Napier in Wayne, West Virginia.James worked in construction for the John Hipp Construction Company. Later he was self-employed as a handyman. He was a God fearing man and helped his neighbors. All who knew him said he was "just a good person".He was preceded in death by his parents, Melroy and Georgie Napier.James is survived by his siblings, Alta Blankenship, Tommy Napier, Alfred Napier, Fannie Brown, Clora Watts, "Junior" Napier, John Paul Napier, and Abbie Napier.
