A funeral service for James E. Wells, Sr. "Jimmie" 94, of Jacksonville, Florida will be held on February 6, 2017 at the Faith United Methodist Church, 4000 Spring Park Road Jacksonville, Florida 32207 at 11AM with The Rev. Barry Andrews and The Rev. David Preston officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Jimmie passed away on Feb. 2, 2017, he is survived by his wife Jewell Wells of Jax, FL, a son James E. Wells Jr of Jax, FL. A daughter Elaine Richter (Mike) of Indian Harbour Beach, FL. Three grandchildren; Michael K. Richter (Paula) of Orlando, FL; Laura Krupp (Ben) and Patrick Richter (Ruth) both of Cincinnati, OH and many nieces and nephews. Jimmie was president of Jimmie Wells Mobile Homes and He owned Jimmie's upholstery shop. He was an avid golfer. A visitation will be held at George H.
