Jane Ella Raymond

Mrs. Jane Ella (Lucas) Raymond, 79 of Jacksonville, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018. Mrs. Raymond was born May 10, 1938 in Alachua to the late Vernon E. and Mildred S. (Reaves) Lucas. She was a retired secretary for Nestle Carnation and attended St. Lukes Catholic Church of Middleburg. In her spare time, she enjoyed square dancing, knitting, and crocheting. Her husband, Robert George Raymond, her sister, Alice Lusk, and a step-child, preceded her in death. Survivors are her brother, S. Thomas Lucas of Melrose, and six step-children. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Helm-Gallagher Funeral Home, 1811 Idlewild Avenue, SR 16, Green Cove Springs. The time will be announced in the near future.
