Mrs. Janet Davis Ehrisman, age 72 of Starke, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at North Florida Hospital in Gainesville. She was born June 17, 1953, in Bushnell to Walter and Mildred (Cassels) Davis.

Prior to retiring she was employed for many years with General Electric as a battery assembler. Mrs. Ehrisman was a Christian, she enjoyed flowers, gardening, and cooking, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her granddaughter India Willis, brothers Jimmy Joyner and Jeff Davis and her stepson Kenneth James Ehrisman, Jr. Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband Ken James Ehrisman of Starke, children Wesley Lester (Cheryl Lynn) of Hampton and Jana Mallard (John) of High Springs along with siblings Robert "Rob" Davis (LaTrelle) of Gainesville, Kenneth "Kenny" Davis (Dorinda) of Chiefland, and Vicki Davis Dortch (Durwood) of Clermont.

Mrs. Ehrisman was lovingly called "Grandmother" by Austin Lester, Alisha Lester, Ivey Grace Marlenee, Joseph Willis, Layla Mallard, Alexis Ehrisman, Adrian Ehrisman, Ana Leigh Ehrisman and great grandchildren Lilith, Adelaide, and Carter.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ehrisman will be held Monday, July 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Rock Primitive Baptist Church with Mr. Kenny Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Rock Cemetery.
