Jean L. Ball Age 78 Of Keystone Heights

Mrs. Jean Louise Ball age 78 of Keystone Heights passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026, at HCA Hospital in Gainesville. She was born on October 8, 1947, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to the late John and Ruth (McCabe) Greer. Prior to retiring, Mrs. Ball worked as an administrator and bookkeeper for many years. She had attended Lake Hill Baptist Church, enjoyed reading her Bible, staying in touch and communicating with everyone she knew, whether it was going to visit them, calling them on the phone, or sending a letter; she also enjoyed watching her "Fox News", BUT most of all she loved being with her family. Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband of 41 years, Thomas "Tom" Ball; children Brenda David and John David along with a stepson David Ball. She was lovingly called "Grandma" by Katelynn Hannah, Seth Vonthronsohnhaus, Brittany Vonthronsohnhaus, and Samantha Sunn. A memorial service for Mrs. Ball will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2026, in the Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bobby Epps officiating.
