Mrs. Bell was born on March 3, 1923 in Savannah, GA. Mrs. Bell was a member of the Riverside Presbyterian Church moved to Jacksonville in 1994 from Keystone Heights where she had been a resident for 30 years and member of the Keystone Garden Club. She is survived by her sons: Howard Bell of South Carolina, Dwight Bell of St. Augustine, and Timothy Bell of Ponte Vedra: 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Viewing for Mrs. Bell will be on Monday, February 9, 2009 from 10 12 noon at the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9th at the Keystone Heights Cemetery with Pastor Rob Morford officiating.
