Interment will be in Oakdale Cemetery in Leetonia, Ohio.Jean was born in Paducah, Kentucky on June 25, 1959 to Harry Edward and Annabelle Broadway. She has been a resident of Jacksonville since 1986, and was the owner and operator of Brooks Bookkeeping and Tax Service.
