Mrs. Jeannette Mary Mundell age 71, of Keystone Heights passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at E.T. York Care Center in Gainesville. She was born December 30, 1942 in Daytona Beach to late George and Theresa (Ahrendts) Meyers, and has been a resident of the Keystone Heights area for the past 43 years. Prior to her retiring, she was an administrative assistant for Mid-Florida Area Agency on Aging. She was also a homemaker, member of Freedom Baptist Church and was an avid reader. She enjoyed shopping, watching movies but most of all spending time with her family. Mrs. Mundell was preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Curtis Disharoon. Survivors are her husband of 53 years George H. Mundell and their three children, Heather Bilton her husband Len of Savannah, Georgia, Shawn Mundell of Alpine, Tennessee, and Tiffany Crowe her husband Kevin of Roswell, Georgia. Also left behind are five grandchildren who knew her as "Memom"; Austin Disharoon of Savannah, Georgia, Nicolas Mundell and Tyler Mundell both of Alpine, Tennessee, Errin Crowe and Payton Crowe both of Roswell, Georgia.The family will receive friends at Freedom Baptist Church Friday, January 17, 2014 between the hours of 5 and 7 p.m. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014 in Freedom Baptist Church with Pastor Ken Herring officiating.
