Jefferson Wayne Lipham was born July 16th, 1971, in Gainesville, Florida, passed away on April 21st, 2023. He graduated from Gainesville High School, graduated from Santa Fe College, attended the University of Florida, and served in the United States Army. He is survived by his mother Judith, sister Alicia, and four nieces and nephews. Jeff was dedicated to helping others and was always making people laugh with his quick wit. He will be sorely missed.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Childhelp or CPTSD Foundation.
