Jeremiah Luke Brooks Jeremiah Luke Brooks, 28, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012. Jeremiah was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a graduate of Baker County High School. He was a welder by trade and was a hard worker. He was a good decent respectable young man who was loved dearly by his family, and friends. He loved life and always had a smile for you when he greeted you. He was a Pentecostal by faith. Jeremiah was preceded in death by his brother, Zachary Blaise Holland. Survivors include his mother, Roxanna Lee Westberry Ray; Grandmother, Sharon Hill Parker; Brother, Benjamin Brooks; Sister, Rebekah Lee Ray; Uncles, Robert Westberry and Michael Westberry; And a host of other relatives and friends.
