BOONE: Funeral services for Jerry Jerome Boone Sr., 79, who passed away on September 4, 2021, will be held Friday at 11:00 AM from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #5) with Rev. Frank J. Pintello Jr., officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-6 PM at the George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Mr. Boone was born in Live Oak, Florida and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He was a member of the Baptist faith and was a Semi Truck driver by profession. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Dolly Boone and son Eugene Boone. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Dorothy Gray Boone; 3 sons, Jeff Boone (Melissa), Jerry J.
