A funeral service for Jerry Ann Durham will be held in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, S., Jacksonville, Florida 32216 at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 30, 2019 with Dr. Terry N. Collins officiating. A visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.Jerry was preceded in death by her loving husband Howard Durham. Jerry is survived by her sons, Dale Durham of Jacksonville, FL and Herbert Morrell of Intercession City, FL.; two sisters, Jane Jowers of St. Augustine, FL and Joanne (Jack) Swain of Sorrento, FL.; a brother, Carl (Charlotte) Slack of Jacksonville, FL.; a sister in law, Glenda (Tommy) Hall; a daughter-in-law, Joan (Randy) Gordon; two granddaughters, Katie and Megan and Kayden, a great-grandson.
