Mr. Jerry Walter Miles, Jr. age 59 of Florahome passed away unexpectedly at his home Wednesday, December 7, 2022. He was born August 9, 1963, in Mobile, Alabama to Jerry W. and Patricia (Thies) Miles, Sr. Jerry had been a CNA, Journeyman, and was also known for being a "Jack of all Trades". He enjoyed building crafts, collecting trains, and blacksmithing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his high school sweetheart and love of his life Wanda Miles and his birth mother Carole Ann Rex. Jerry leaves behind his daughter Crystal Miles Craven (Charles) of Green Cove Springs; siblings Christina Ann Repess of Florahome, Jody Miles (Cecelia) of Orange Park, Jeff Miles of Fayetteville, NC; a special mother in-law Judy Constantin of Florahome; brother in-laws Paul Constantin (Lynda) of Medina, New York, and Larry Franklin (Gina) of Middleburg along with a grandson Blake. Also left behind are several nieces, nephews, and his "fur baby" Sonya. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to your local Humane Society.
