Mrs. Jessie Q. Crane, 68, of Keystone Heights passed away at her home, Monday, June 1, 2015. She was born in Piedmont, South Carolina to the late Adger Arthur Lee and Cora Lee (Ledbetter) Queen, Sr. She moved to Keystone Heights in 1981 from Ft. Pierce and was the owner and operator of Jessies Hair Line in Keystone Heights for 20 years. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and loved working in the ministry traveling as a Missionary giving her testimony. Mrs. Crane enjoyed sewing, working in her yard with Tiger Teague, and visiting the Methodist Church Thrift Store on a regular basis. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Carolyn Queen, Ruby Coggins and Arthur Queen, Jr. Survivors are her daughter, Nora Butts (Arthur) of Quentin, Mississippi; one son, Robert Lee Crane of Greenville, South Carolina; siblings, Martha Cockman of Murphy, North Carolina, Lonnie G. Queen of Camden, Tennessee, and Lenora Moody of Ellijay, Georgia. Also left behind are her four grandchildren; one great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; caretakers and close friends, Debbie Lazic, Sue Plaster, Janice Lott, and Margie and Sonny Haynes; along with her Sunday school and church family. Funeral services for Mrs. Crane will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor James Peoples officiating. Viewing for Mrs. Crane will be held one hour prior to the services beginning. Interment will follow at Keystone Heights Cemetery.
