Jessie Morris Hunt Jessie Morris Hunt, 76 was welcomed into heaven while surrounded by his loving family on January 14, 2014. He was born in Cross City, Florida on March 2, 1937. Jesse was a member of Hollyford Baptist Church, which he loved dearly. He worked for ILA 1408 Local (Sealand) for 27 years. Jesse was married to the love of his life, Betty L. Hunt for 57 years. Together they had 2 daughters, Cathy Baldwin (Dale), and Cindy Youmans (Richard) and an adopted son, Woody Ingham and family. 4 grandchildren, Christy Cercy (Marrell), Melissa Cabal, Jeremy Youmans (Beth), Brittney Miller (Bubba); 7 great-grandchildren. Jesse also leaves behind 1 brother, Leonard Ellison; 4 sisters, Mildred Boschke, Louise Starling, Faye Tabor, and Hilda Baucom. Jesse was a loving man who will be missed dearly. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and special family times. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in Hollyford Baptist Church, 150 Ford Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32218, with Rev. Bill Kincade, Rev. David H. Beckham and Rev. Glenn Cathey officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 PM at George H.
