Jewel E. Hartley age 88 of Keystone Heights passed away Saturday, May 2, 2020, in St. Augustine. She was born November 3, 1931, in Jacksonville to Howard Jackson and Eva (Lowden) Hartley. Ms. Hartley was employed with Bellsouth as a Supervisor until her retirement in 1987. She was a parishioner of St. William Catholic Church in Keystone Heights and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by four siblings. She leaves behind several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
