Jewell Frances Miller

Mrs. Jewell Frances Miller age 79, of Keystone Heights passed away Friday, April 29, 2016 at Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Starke. Mrs. Miller was born on July 28, 1936 in La Follette, TN to the late Robert and Dorothy (Ragle) Moore and was of the Methodist faith. Prior to retirement she worked as a manager in the retail industry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Herman Moore and Ruby Baird. Survivors are, her husband of 62 years Lester Carnelius Miller of Keystone Heights, daughters: Janice Gassett (Brian) of Keystone Heights and Beverly Rhoden (Jeff) of Clermont. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jake VanWagner, Dillon VanWagner, John Rhoden, and Katie Rhoden, and three great grandchildren. Memorial services will be private.
