Obituary

Jimmy Carroll Frazier passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025 at his home. Jimmy was born in Bybee, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Ruble and Joyce Frazier. He joins in heaven sisters, Marie Horton and Winkie Clevenger and brothers, Hal and Charles Frazier.Jimmy was a member of Spring Hill Methodist Church and a member of the Men's Promise Keepers group. Jimmy lived a full and meaningful life.Jimmy worked on the family farm in Tennessee. He grew up in the mountains around Newport, Tennessee. He moved to Florida and lived with his sister Marie. He worked at Copeland Sausage Company, was a prison guard, and then drove a truck. He operated a service station in Alachua.Jimmy didn't meet a stranger. He enjoyed planting and tending his vegetable gardens.He married Pat Clark and they have been married 43 years. He was a devoted husband, Daddy, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Jimmy is survived by his wife Pat, his children Belvelina Cain (Daniel), Sherri Cole, Terry Peace (Lyssa), his grandchildren, River Cole, J. C. Peace, Eric Peace, Jessica, Ryley, Jennifer, Jason Mathis, and James Mathis, brothers, Buck and Ronald Frazier (Susan) and sister, Dianna Cook (Donald), numerous nieces and nephews and last as everyone knew, his beloved cockatoo Marylynn.The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, June 7 at 11:00 a.m. at the Spring Hill Methodist Church in Alachua, Florida. A visitation will be held 1 hour before the service. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Methodist Church Cemetery following the service.
