Jimmy Ray Williams, 78, of High Springs, FL passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
Born on November 18, 1947 in High Springs, FL, Jimmy proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Vietnam veteran. He was married to the love of his life, Dianne Williams, for 58 wonderful years, and together they built a family that meant everything to him.
Jimmy is survived by his beloved wife, Dianne; his three daughters; Andi (Mike) McLemore, Jennifer (Mike) Wedding, and Julie (Mike) LaRosa, six grandchildren; Gunner McLemore, Ryan and Avery Wedding, Jacob (Ariyah) Whitley, Justin and Addison Whitley as well as a great-grandchild, Pyrrha Whitley, by three brothers, Bert (Elisa) Williams, Lee (Diana) Williams and Steven (Sylvia) Williams, and a sister, Louise (Dan) Stanley all of whom he loved deeply.
He enjoyed the simple things in life and cherished the time he spent with family and friends. Jimmy loved live music, especially Southern rock and classic country, and could often be found enjoying the outdoors. Whether camping with Dianne, canoeing on the Santa Fe River, or spending time with the close-knit group of fellow campers who became like family over the years, those moments brought him great joy. He also had a lifelong love of motorcycles.
