KNIGHT: Funeral services for JoAnn Elizabeth Preston Knight. 56, who passed away on July 13, 2023, will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM from the graveside in Greenlawn Cemetery with Dr. Terry Collins officiating. JoAnn was born in Deposit, New York and made Jacksonville her home for many years. She was an accountant by trade for the past 30 years and was a kind and loving person. She was Catholic by faith and had a special love for animals. She enjoyed gardening and traveling. She loved the beach and fishing, really anything that had to do with water. She was a graduate of Wolfson High School and the University of North Florida. She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Michael Knight Jr., 1 daughter, Brittany Knight (Wilcox-Vasquez); 1 son, Brian Knight (Courtney); 2 brothers, John Preston (Janet) and Jim Preston; 2 nieces Mackenzie Preston and Chelsea Preston; 1 nephew Levi Preston.
