JoAnn Joy Phillips Funeral services for JoAnn Joy Phillips, 69, who passed away on January 17, 2014, were held Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 10:30 AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 (904)355-9545 with Rev. Steve McCollum officiating. Interment was in Jacksonville National Cemetery. Mrs. Phillips was born in Batavia, New York and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of the Baptist faith and loved her family dearly. She was preceded in death by her brothers, the late Joseph and Raymond Barclay.
