Joann Wall

Mrs. JoAnn Wall, age 64, of Starke passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at UF Health Shands in Gainesville. JoAnn was born on April 4, 1957 in Gainesville to the late Jack W. Hall and Jacqueline (Norman) Hall.She was a Bradford High School graduate. Prior to retirement she worked at Union Correctional Institute as a Correctional Officer. She was honored at retirement for 34 years of service. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Saundra (Dobson) Pierce. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Stephen H. Wall, her son, Michael Patrick, of Starke, her brother, George W. Dobson (Sherron) of Wellington, FL, her sister, Seleeta Favara (Paul) of Gainesville, FL and three grandchildren, Corey, Dalton and Lilly Patrick.A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel. Private graveside services will be held at Sapp Cemetery.
