Mr. Joe Lee Norris, 64 of Keystone Heights died suddenly Sept. 13, 2010. Mr. Norris was born in Miami, FL on March 19, 1946 and was a retired iron worker. Prior to moving to Keystone Heights in January 2010, Mr. Norris was a resident of Hawthorn for 15 years. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing. His survivors include his wife of 27 years, Betty Norris of Keystone Heights; daughter, Melanie Ward of Starke; mother, Leona Norris of Santa Fe,3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
