John Bernard Hoffman, Sr. Memorial services for John Bernard Hoffman Sr., 71, who passed away on October 1, 2013 will be held Friday at 2:00 PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206, with Rev. Bobby Clyatt officiating. Mr. Hoffman was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and was a lifelong resident. He had retired from General Electric after 25 years of service and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was an avid motorcyclist, loved his family and friends and had attended Andrew Jackson. He was a member of the Catholic faith. Preceded in death by his sister, Carol Ann Norton and brother, James B. Hoffman.
