Mr. John Anderson Branch age 71, of Starke passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Windsor Manor Nursing Home. Mr. Branch was born on November 29, 1937 to Carl W. and Susie Ann Spillers Branch. He retired from Florida Community College Jacksonville as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, was a member of Sampson City Church of God, and served in the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife Barbara Schauer Branch of Starke; daughters: Joyce Thompson, and Nancy Branch both of Jacksonville; sister: Barbara Allsbrook of Starke; seven grandchildren; 1 niece; 2 nephews. Memorial service will be held on Saturday March 7, 2009 at 11 AM at the Sampson City Church of God, SW CR 225.
