John Eric Carling

John, beloved Brother, Husband, Father, Grampy, Neighbor, and Friend, resides in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a first generation English-American, family guy, and computer wizard who saw beauty in all people and all things. He grew up in Coconut Grove, Miami with brother Richard Carling. There he married Stephanie Spradley, and, after traveling with the US Navy, raised children Diane Lindsey and Jeffrey Carling in Tallahassee, Florida. John later welcomed grandchildren Anastasia Tyler, Abbey, and Astin in Jacksonville, Florida. John was a true believer in "Green Trees, Blue Skies, Sun, Sand and Ocean Surf" with "seawater in his veins". He leaves behind his brother, wife, children, grandchildren and all thereafter. A funeral service will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery on Thursday January 23, 2020 at 2:30 with a reception to follow. Cheers and Goodbye, I love you!George H.
