John Henry Fox, Jr., 74, of High Springs, Florida passed away on November 21, 2024. John was born in Deposit, New York on September 10, 1950 to John Henry and Louise Gilmore Fox. John was married to Ubol Dejthong for 51 years.John graduated from the University of West Florida where he received a Masters degree in Science. John was a Chief Master Sergeant in the U. S. Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, after 26 years of service, he became a science teacher in the High Springs Community School.He enjoyed hunting, playing the banjo and guitar, reading, and brewing homemade beer. He was actively involved in the First Presbyterian Church in High Springs.John is survived by his wife, Ubol Fox; daughter, Julie Taylor (James) of Alachua, Florida; son, John Henry Fox, III (Rebecca) of High Springs.John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Louise Fox; and sister, Charlotte Carlin.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in his name to the American Cancer Society online at https://donate.cancer.org/ or by mail to: American Cancer Society, P.O.
