John Paul Hoffman, Jr. Funeral services for John Paul Hoffman, Jr., 84, will be held at 11:30A.M. Monday, August 26, 2013, in Kernan Boulevard Baptist Church, with Rev. William C. Crook officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at 2:00P.M. Monday, at Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors. Born January 7, 1929 in Camden, New Jersey, Mr. Hoffman died Monday, August 19, 2013 in a local hospital. He served as a Corporal in the United States Army, retired as a Brakeman from CONRAIL and was a member of Kernan Boulevard Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Patricia Anne Eckel Hoffman; three daughters, Christina, Bonnie Lee and Beverly Doone; ten sons, John Paul Hoffman III, Carl Hoffman, John Martin Hoffman, Robert Doone, James, Mark, Brian, Matthew, Steven and Ryan Lange; four sisters, Irma, Billie, Rita and Ruth; a brother, Donald Hoffman; and many grandchildren.
