John Robert "Bobby" Hall

Mr. John Robert "Bobby" Hall age 86, of Starke passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Hall was born on May 28, 1929 in Starke to the late John and Elsie (Hinson) Hall and was a lifelong area resident. Bobby served in the United States Army and was the owner /operator of Hall Construction. He enjoyed the outdoors including fishing and hunting. He served as President of the Sportsman Club in Keystone Heights for21 years, and was a member of Sampson City Hunting Club. Bobby was a longtime member of Northside Baptist Church, loved traveling, camping, NASCAR, and watching westerns on television. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings: Raymond Hall, Muriel Fox, and Patsy Phillips. Survivors are: his wife of 37 years and caregiver, Esther (Shuford) Hall of Starke, daughters: Brenda Starling (Shad), Donna Clemons (Jimmy), sons: Robert Terry Hall (Kim) and Keith Hall, sister: Evelyn Jordon, grandchildren: Terrin and Seth, great granddaughter: Victoria. The family will receive friends at the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL of Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with funeral services beginning at 11 oclock. Interment will be private in Lawtey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Blvd., Gainesville, FL 32606.
