Mr. John "Mark" Horn, age 41, of Keystone Heights passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 from injuries he had sustained in an automobile accident. Mark was born in Bluefield, Virginia on June 20, 1973 and was a Cattle Relocator for Valley View Farms. He was raised Baptist and was a first responder with 9/11; he was a Mason, member of the Moose Lodge and a former member of the Keystone Heights Jaycees. Mark enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing with his daughter and he never met a stranger. Survivors include his 12 year old daughter, Harley Lynn Horn of Orange Park; parents, Lynn Sheets Cooper (Barry) of Jacksonville, Johnny M. Horn (Francine) of Bluefield, VA; sister, Lisa Lynn Welborn (Brian) of Keystone Heights; Maternal grandmother, Helen Sheets of Bluefield, VA; nieces, Kristen Lewis and Kaylee Waddell along with his step children, Riki Olivier and Erika Olivier. A memorial service for Mark will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2015, in the Tazwell, VA Moose Lodge. Arrangements are under the care of JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E. WALKER DR.
