Born November 24, 1926, in Monticello, Florida to Mattie and Arch Lacy, Mr. Lacy died Friday, July 24, 2020 in a local hospital.He was a retired Chief Petty Officer, United States Navy. Mr. Lacy is survived by his daughter, Sandra Marie Lacy of Jacksonville.Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H.
