John Raymond Logan

John Raymond Logan, 70, of Starke, FL died unexpectedly Saturday March 25, 2017 at his home.He was born December 10, 1946 in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, the son of George B. and Anna Faye (Belangee) Logan. John served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed with the 752nd radar squadron in Empire, Michigan. Prior to retirement he worked in sales and also loved working at Motor Cross in Waldo. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings: Harry A. Logan, Lou Ann (Logan) Pierce and Anita (Logan) Cartwright. Surviving him are two daughters, Shannon Logan DuBose married to Alan W. DuBose of High Springs, Florida and Stephanie Logan Sapolsky married to Craig A. Sapolsky of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. John has two grandchildren, Trey DuBose and Brandon Sapolsky. He has one sister, Thelma (Logan) Pruitt of New Harmony, Indiana.Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel of Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Conner officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project .
